We do not accept returns on any products once they are sold and delivered.
Replacement Policy
We provide replacement only under the following conditions:
Replacement will be provided only if the product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
Customer must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Product opening/unboxing video and clear photos are required for verification.
Replacement is allowed only one time per order/product.
If more than one item is found damaged in bulk quantity, Sparrow Industry reserves the right to verify the issue before approving replacement.
Conditions for Replacement
Replacement request will not be accepted if:
Product is used, damaged by customer, or without original packaging.
Complaint is raised after the allowed time period.
Minor color/design variation due to screen display differences.
Replacement Process

Share photos/video proof of the damaged item.
After verification, replacement approval will be processed.
Replacement dispatch time may take 3–7 working days.
